"Watching Over The Rose City with St Johns" Art Print - Portland, Oregon...also known as "The Rose City" because roses grow so easily and bountifully there. Here you see the skyline of this wonderful, bustling Northwest city under the watching eye of the neighboring mountain, Mt. Hood. The skyline is enhanced with the famous St Johns Bridge opened in 1931. The color palette of this piece is inspired by vintage postcards from the 1940's to create an even more nostalgic feeling.
